Hey friend, I'm Meg, also known more affectionately as 'Miss Meg,' a dance studio owner, dog mom, and entrepreneur.

I created this space after a never-ending nudge in my heart told me to do so. My heart bursts every time I help another curious soul feel confident, encouraged, empowered and I feel this space will help me do just that.  My mission is to serve you to step into your innate ability to trust your head and your heart by spreading joy one dance move, oil drop, puppy pic, Ember howl, and laugh at a time. You belong here.

I am a dog mom to a loyal lab named Presley Joy and a sassy husky pup named Ember Rose. I am an entrepreneur, a dance-instructor, essential oil enthusiast, and compulsive coffee drinker. I call Central New York home where I reside with the one and only Mr. Miss Meg, and I have recently started the journey of surviving sibling loss.

Presley Joy

Presley is our OG girl. She's seven years old, the sweetest soul, and the truest of loyal labs. Her eyes look deep into your soul and will melt you instantly. It's really her gray chin hairs that do it for me. She's a total daddy's girl too.
Ember is my healer. She was sent to shortly before my brother passed away and I have no doubt in my mind that she was a gift from God to help me heal. We are so blessed to have her.
